Job summary
Experienced Network & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and enhance ICT environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Network Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering roles
- Advanced networking experience (Cisco/Meraki/Aruba or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading major incidents
- Certifications (CCNA/CCNP/AZ104/MS500) are highly regarded
- Certifications in project management methodology (Agile, PMP, PMBoK, Prince2)
Responsibilities
- Design, support, and optimise network infrastructure
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualisation, and storage systems
- Lead P1/P2 incident response and provide Level 3 engineering support
- Manage patching, lifecycle upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
- Maintain network and systems security
- Deliver infrastructure projects from design through implementation
- Work with vendors, carriers, and MSPs on technical resolutions
