As a Network Observability Engineer at Roche, you will design and scale observability systems to ensure seamless collaboration among global teams in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Network Operations, SRE, or DevOps environments.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible).
• Understanding of connectivity technologies (CCNA level or equivalent).
• Experience with observability platforms and data collection.
• Experience with Data Lakes for aggregating and normalizing data.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale observability stack for real-time insights.
• Develop methods for extracting network data using SNMP, APIs, and telemetry.
• Maintain monitoring infrastructure and integrate tools.
• Evaluate new monitoring solutions and visualization tools.
• Identify network performance issues and anomalies.
• Design and implement a centralized observability dashboard.
