Job summary

As a Platform / Infrastructure Engineer at Oliver Wyman, you will design and maintain the infrastructure for the WAVE team, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable deployment of AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting data and AI workloads in production
• Familiarity with Polaris
• Experience in a fast-moving environment with multiple initiatives
• Experience shaping platform standards or reusable engineering patterns

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Set up CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and disaster-recovery capabilities
• Provide infrastructure as a service through self-serve environments
• Advise on infrastructure setup for solutions
• Collaborate with AI Engineers for deployment and maintenance
• Support environment design, release management, and operational resilience
• Ensure consistent engineering experience across projects
• Promote a platform mindset treating infrastructure as a product
