Qualifications
- Extensive experience with large-scale OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms
- Experience leading platform operations and incident management
- Understanding of operational security controls
- Experience managing platform upgrades and change governance
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead operational outcomes across OpenShift platform estate
- Define and embed operational standards and governance
- Provide leadership during major incidents
- Oversee platform upgrades and lifecycle management
- Drive improvements in monitoring and operational telemetry
- Partner with Platform Engineering teams
- Coach and mentor colleagues
- Participate in structured on-call rota
