Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale cloud transformation or DevOps programmes.
• Strong background in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Budget management experience and familiarity with tracking toolsets.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture and containerization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools.
• Awareness of infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the delivery of complex cloud, infrastructure, and automation programmes from inception to completion.
• Implement robust project governance, track budgets, manage RAID logs, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore engineering teams, defining roles, workflows, and deliverables schedules.
• Facilitate communication between software development, IT operations, security, and external clients.
• Oversee the management and scaling of multi-cloud environments.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment pipelines.
• Embed security standards and compliance requirements into the core delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor platform reliability and uptime targets.
