Qualifications

• Experience with Ansible for configuration management and database deployment automation.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring platforms like Oracle Enterprise Manager and Splunk.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and incident management.
• Knowledge of Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and disaster recovery architectures.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Analyze and respond to system outages, implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate operational processes and improve system resilience.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks and implementing performance tuning best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability and performance best practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technology communities and stay informed of industry trends.
