Job summary
The People Technology Platform Engineer at Sony Interactive Entertainment is responsible for designing, building, and evolving the global Workday platform across core HR domains.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms
- Experience designing and implementing scalable configuration solutions
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Hands-on experience developing Workday reports used in production environments
- Understanding of the Workday Core HCM data model and data flows
- Experience translating business needs into system solutions
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement scalable Workday platform solutions across core HR domains
- Define and apply configuration design patterns that promote reuse, scalability, and maintainability
- Translate business problems into well-structured system solutions
- Evaluate solution options and make informed design decisions
- Own end-to-end delivery of platform changes
- Act as a platform owner for assigned Workday domains
- Maintain platform reliability through issue diagnosis and resolution
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end platform solutions
- Design and deliver scalable reporting and data solutions
- Participate actively in Agile delivery
- Find opportunities to improve platform scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Ensure solutions meet data privacy, security, and audit requirements
