Job summary
Seeking an experienced Platform DevOps Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments to build and support enterprise platform engineering capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Platform DevOps Engineer in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments
- Experience supporting enterprise platform engineering initiatives
- Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom environments
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container platforms
- Strong automation and Infrastructure as Code expertise
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements
- Experience with cloud-native technologies
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms
- Cloud or DevOps certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and support enterprise platform engineering solutions
- Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, citizen services, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom customer platforms
- Build reusable DevOps platforms and automation frameworks
- Support Kubernetes, container platforms, and CI/CD ecosystems
- Implement monitoring, observability, and platform governance capabilities
- Support telecom infrastructure, network services, 5G platforms, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams
- Drive platform reliability, scalability, and performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
