Job summary
Own and scale the cloud infrastructure, security, compliance, integrations, and internal tooling supporting a regulated insurance data platform. Define infrastructure and controls as code, manage vulnerabilities and IT systems, and build automated CI/CD pipelines and AI agents that improve platform operations and help engineering teams ship faster.

Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles supporting production systems
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tools and a GitOps approach
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, policy checks, and human review gates
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure, networking, identity and access management, and secrets management
- Advanced use of AI tools, including building agent workflows and tool integrations such as MCP, and evaluating their output
- Hands-on vulnerability management experience and practical knowledge of SOC 2 or ISO 27001
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go for automation and tooling
- Ability to work autonomously in a small team
Responsibilities
- Own cloud infrastructure as code and deliver changes through automated, reviewable CI/CD pipelines.
- Codify security and compliance controls for access, secrets, logging, and audit evidence.
- Manage vulnerability scanning, triage, remediation, and automation across code, dependencies, containers, cloud resources, and devices.
- Build and maintain customer-facing data integrations and integrations with third-party systems.
- Design and deploy AI agents and automation with guardrails, evaluations, and human review.
- Manage IT assets and tooling, including device provisioning, identity, SaaS access, and offboarding.
- Build internal tools that help engineering teams move from idea to production faster.
