Job summary
The Platform Engineer consolidates development and delivery processes into a modern, integrated development platform. The role establishes CI/CD-based Golden Paths for build, test, release, and deployment; develops an Internal Developer Portal and automated self-service capabilities; and advances containerized, cloud-native development environments. It also integrates practical AI solutions securely and compliantly across the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Several years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a comparable technical role.
- Knowledge of software development processes, source code management, CI/CD concepts, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Understanding of internal developer platforms, developer portals, self-service capabilities, and developer experience.
- Interest in experimenting with AI-assisted tools across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate the toolchain and existing development and delivery processes into an integrated development platform.
- Establish standardized CI/CD Golden Paths for build, test, release, and deployment.
- Co-own and continuously improve the Internal Developer Portal.
- Provide automated self-service access to development, build, and operational resources.
- Improve developer experience and advance containerized, cloud-native development environments.
- Integrate practical AI solutions into the developer workflow securely and compliantly.
