Seeking a Platform Engineer to support and enhance the Customer Order Management platform. This role involves working closely with business and product teams to design scalable, reliable solutions that improve order lifecycle management and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris)
  • Experience with Customer Identity & Access Management (SAP Gigya, EntraId)
  • Experience with order management systems (OMS)
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms
  • Experience with JAVA
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with cloud (Azure preferred)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools/automation
  • Experience with search platforms (Solr/Elasticsearch)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Design, support, and optimize order management systems and integrations
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability
  • Manage APIs, workflows, and system integrations across the order lifecycle
  • Leverage AI/automation solutions to improve efficiency, monitoring, and decision-making
  • Support deployments, monitoring, and incident resolution
