Job summary
The Platform Engineer, Dynamics (F&O) is responsible for maintaining the F&O platform, leading design initiatives, building customizations, and integrating with other modules.
Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in computer science or software engineering
- 5+ years of experience with D365 and relevant certifications
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes for improvement
- Understand limitations of out of the box functionality and custom code
- Identify workarounds to meet requirements without custom code
- Plan phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Prepare and document software requirements and specifications
- Recommend and perform software improvements and upgrades
- Liaise with technical teams to resolve software issues
- Guide junior software developers and research assistants
- Match business requirements with technological capabilities
