Job summary

Build and operate a private, security-hardened Kubernetes platform that enables engineering teams to deploy reliable services through secure, compliant self-service workflows. The role covers Terraform-managed infrastructure, GitOps and CI/CD pipelines, reusable project templates, supply-chain security, automated testing, and platform reliability, with a focus on improving developer experience across AI engineering and client deployments, including in regulated financial services.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience, including production-scale platform or infrastructure ownership.
• Practical Terraform and public cloud experience; Azure preferred, with AWS and Google Cloud also valued.
• Production Kubernetes operations experience, including networking, backups, safety, and identity and access management.
• Experience with GitOps deployment tools, policy-as-code admission control, and software supply-chain security.
• Comfort writing and reviewing CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Clear, patient communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Professional fluency in English; professional French for roles based in France or Tunisia.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and operate versioned infrastructure using Terraform and shared modules.
• Build and maintain project templates, GitOps deployment workflows, and CI/CD pipelines with automated quality, security, and infrastructure checks.
• Manage platform supply-chain security, including image scanning, vulnerability management, artifact signing, policy enforcement, secrets, and credentials.
• Own platform reliability and automated infrastructure test coverage.
• Support engineering teams and improve platform reliability and developer experience.
• Develop self-service APIs, automation, and documentation; track platform adoption and deployment metrics.
