Platform Engineer

Job summary

Design, build, and maintain engineering platforms for safe and reliable operations, collaborating with teams to solve problems and improve processes.

Qualifications

• HNC, HND, or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable engineering competence with production equipment.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or operational engineering.
• Experience in maintenance and project work.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
• Clear communicator with collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of plant equipment and operating processes.
• Plan and deliver engineering work including maintenance and upgrades.
• Lead technicians and contractors to execute work safely and on time.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Champion PCCE and support safety and data integrity audits.
