Job summary
The Platform Engineer (HCM) role involves delivering changes to SaaS HR systems and implementing CI/CD initiatives. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with a hybrid work model.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- Knowledge of Orgvue
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is advantageous
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is advantageous
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, and REST API Client is preferable
- Ability to embrace new technologies and provide guidance
Responsibilities
- Deliver change to SaaS HR systems and integrations
- Identify and implement process automation and orchestration for CI/CD
- Provide IT capacity and performance management services
- Offer consultancy services to Group Projects and IT teams
