Job summary
We are seeking founding Platform Engineers to join a fast-growing software business, focusing on defining patterns, pipelines, and tooling for engineering teams.

Qualifications
- Strong software engineering skills with real depth in at least one language
- Solid hands-on experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code
- A track record of building tooling or automation
- Desirable: AWS experience, GitHub Actions, hands-on continuous release, progressive delivery, or production observability
Responsibilities
- Designing and building internal tooling, templates, and scaffolding
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Treating developer experience as a product
- Owning test architecture as a deliberate design problem
- Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders
