Job summary
Recruiting founding Platform Engineers for a fast-growing enterprise software business. This role involves defining patterns, pipelines, and tooling to shape how engineering teams build and ship software. The position is fully remote within the UK, with occasional visits to a Central London HQ.

Qualifications
- Strong software engineering skills with depth in at least one language (Java, C#, Python, Typescript, Go).
- Solid experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience running containerized workloads in production.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/CDK, Terraform, or Pulumi).
- Track record of building tooling or automation for engineers.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build internal tooling, templates, and scaffolding for engineering teams.
- Build and maintain robust, fast, and production-ready CI/CD pipelines.
- Treat developer experience as a product, gathering feedback and iterating on solutions.
- Define and embed standards for unit, integration, and contract testing.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to shape platform engineering.
