Job summary
The Senior Platform Engineer leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure supporting internal operations and customer-facing applications. The role owns solution architecture across AWS and Azure, manages infrastructure with Terraform, and focuses on security, reliability, scalability, root-cause troubleshooting, on-call support, and security assessments. The environment includes Azure and Entra for internal operations and primarily AWS for customer-facing applications.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluent English
- Experience designing cloud solution architectures
- Expertise in implementing and using Terraform
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure services
- Expertise in Linux and Unix systems
- Expertise in identity and access management systems
- Experience with cloud security best practices
- Knowledge of product operational readiness
- Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing platform issues
- Knowledge of databases
- Clear communication and collaborative working approach
- Proactive, self-motivated, and security-conscious
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure managed with Terraform
- Keep AWS and Azure infrastructure secure, reliable, and scalable
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and resolve root causes
- Own solution architecture and respond to colleagues' technical requests
- Support internal operations in Azure and Entra and customer-facing applications primarily on AWS
- Participate in the on-call rotation for customer-facing infrastructure
- Support internal security audits and client assessments
- Address client feedback and contribute to new projects
- Provide cloud service guidance and best practices
