Job summary
Seeking a full-time Senior End User Engineer to manage and improve end user infrastructure services, ensuring reliable and secure technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting Windows 10/11
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MDM, and endpoint security
- Experience in enterprise production environments
- Knowledge of Citrix environments
- Post-secondary education in Technology or equivalent experience
- Ability to lead across teams
Responsibilities
- Lead end user workspace management
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Manage Microsoft Intune deployment and support
- Manage JAMF for Apple devices
- Contribute to Microsoft 365 platform roadmap
- Design platform services and automation patterns
