Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Platform Engineer II to support and scale its Generative AI and Copilot platform capabilities, focusing on engineering, support, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and related AI services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 2-5 years in platform or software engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms and APIs.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or Azure AI.
• Experience developing integrations or automation solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience creating technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain AI and Copilot solutions.
• Contribute to platform integrations and automation.
• Assist in developing MCP servers and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Follow best practices for security and operational readiness.
• Support developers using Copilot Studio.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide guidance.
• Partner with teams to enhance developer experience.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure knowledge repositories are accurate and current.
• Identify opportunities for self-service support.
• Deliver training sessions and technical content.
• Create learning materials for platform adoption.
• Support developer engagement activities.
