Job summary

As a Software Cloud Engineer II, you will develop and operate shared platforms and services that enhance software delivery for Patient Care Systems, collaborating with various teams to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Information Systems and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Helm.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience in implementing and supporting software and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate shared engineering platforms and services.
• Build and maintain automation for developer productivity and operational efficiency.
• Implement, test, deploy and support platform capabilities.
• Create reusable tools and documentation to simplify workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and teams to deliver project objectives.
• Apply best practices in software development and operational excellence.
• Contribute to design discussions and provide guidance to entry-level engineers.
