Job summary

The Platform Engineer role focuses on enhancing enterprise end-user services and digital workplace platforms to improve user experience and reduce service requests. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining workflows, developing operational scripts, and supporting platform administration and performance metrics using technologies such as PowerShell and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 0–4 years of experience in enterprise IT supporting end-user services
• Exposure to enterprise platforms and operational controls
• Experience building or maintaining scripts and API integrations
• Familiarity with identity and access governance concepts
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain reusable workflows and automations
• Develop and maintain operational scripts and API-based interactions
• Support platform administration and maintain access models and permissions
• Contribute to deployment and continuous improvement of platform components
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Translate technical activity into actionable insights and training materials
