Job summary

Mackenzie Investments is seeking a full-time Senior End User Engineer to manage and improve critical end-user infrastructure services. The role involves platform ownership, operational support, and collaboration across teams to ensure reliable and secure technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience deploying, imaging, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MDM, and endpoint security controls
• Proven experience supporting complex, business-critical enterprise production environments
• Deep knowledge of Citrix environments
• Post-secondary education in Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead for end user workspace management
• Lead and support complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis
• Maintain, evolve, test, deploy, and support Microsoft Intune
• Maintain, evolve, test, deploy, and support JAMF
• Own and contribute to the Microsoft 365 platform roadmap
• Ensure platforms are operated in accordance with security, compliance, and enterprise standards
