Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in data engineering or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data ontology and modeling concepts.
• Ability to build, integrate, and maintain ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability solutions.
• Understanding of data governance and quality practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and automated deployment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate scalable ETL pipelines within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
• Connect custom ETL conditioners and data workflows with Palantir tooling.
• Develop data processing solutions using Python and PySpark.
• Apply Ontology and Data Ontology concepts for data structuring.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability capabilities.
• Establish and maintain data validation and quality controls.
• Apply data governance practices throughout the data lifecycle.
• Leverage AI and automation techniques for pipeline performance.
• Support deployment and operational sustainment of data platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Prepare validated data products for analytics integration.
