Job summary
The Platform Engineer role focuses on helping engineering squads adopt AI agent skills to enhance software development processes. Key responsibilities include designing and integrating AI systems, strengthening quality through testing, building back-end services and APIs, and managing CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as Java, Python, Golang, and PostgreSQL.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents
- Practical experience building agentic systems
- Understanding of AI fundamentals
- Automation-first instinct and system design mindset
- 1–3 years building products end-to-end
- Solid programming skills in Java, Python, Golang, or React
- Comfort working across the full stack
Responsibilities
- Acts as the embedded engineer for AI tooling
- Designs and integrates AI systems and external services into workflows
- Strengthens quality through testing
- Builds back-end services and APIs across the stack
- Designs and manages data schemas for efficient storage
