Job summary
The RPA Platform Engineer administers and optimizes UiPath and WorkFusion platforms to keep robotic process automation stable, secure, and available across development, UAT/PAT, and production environments. The role manages bot deployments, schedules, monitoring, incident response, upgrades, and performance tuning, while supporting enterprise integrations and AI-enabled agentic automations in regulated environments such as BFSI.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of RPA platform administration and engineering experience.
- At least 3 years administering UiPath and/or WorkFusion platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise-grade RPA environments.
- Strong understanding of incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Experience in highly regulated environments such as BFSI.
- Experience with application and bot integrations.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled agentic automations.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong AWS cloud skills related to RPA platforms.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Robot Machines, Automation Hub, and Insights.
- Manage WorkFusion Control Tower, Digital Workers, Intelligent Automation, and OCR components.
- Provide L2/L3 support across production and non-production environments.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, bot failures, scheduling errors, and infrastructure incidents.
- Manage bot deployments across development, UAT/PAT, and production environments.
- Configure bot schedules, queues, triggers, and workloads; monitor attended and unattended bot execution.
- Coordinate production releases, maintenance windows, release validation, and rollbacks.
- Monitor bot performance, platform availability, queues, processing volumes, and resource consumption.
- Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA targets; support major incidents and outage management.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Manage role-based access, user provisioning, Active Directory, SSO, and credential stores.
- Support security compliance, vulnerability remediation, patching, upgrades, backups, recovery, and disaster recovery.
- Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, standard operating procedures, and operational procedures.
- Analyze logs and performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and support capacity planning.
- Collaborate with automation developers, infrastructure and security teams, and business stakeholders.
