Job summary
The Platform Engineer ServiceNow Co-op/Intern will support the ITSM team by developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include configuring workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating on automated workflows, all while gaining hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, a leading ITSM tool.

Responsibilities
- Assist the team with configuring workflows, forms, and modules in the ServiceNow platform
- Review and improve operational documents
- Work on creating and analyzing reports
- Participate in platform upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Participate in testing, implementing, and documenting updates
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement automated workflows
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Provide end-user support
