As a Platform Engineer for the SKA-Low Telescope project, you will deploy, configure, and maintain core computing platforms and services, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in computer hardware and data centre management.
- Experience in containerisation and automation platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
- Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools like Helm, Ansible, Terraform.
- Effective communication skills across diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain computing and software platforms for the SKA-Low telescope.
- Develop and maintain a globally consistent SRE response system.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of SKA-Low Technology platforms.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve platform incidents and problems.
- Monitor platform health, availability, capacity, and performance.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and support procedures.
- Improve platform engineering practices and automation capabilities.
