Responsibilities
- Design and evolve software factory architecture.
- Contribute to Backstage developer portal evolution.
- Industrialize IaC deployments via Terraform on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Develop and maintain automation playbooks and workflows with AWX and Semaphore UI.
- Ensure operational maintenance of software components.
- Handle incidents and run requests with product teams.
- Monitor platform and improve observability dashboards.
- Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge base.
