Platform Engineer

Job summary

As a Platform Engineer at Youforce, you will build and maintain the 'Golden Path' for the engineering organization, treating internal tooling as a scalable product.

Qualifications

• mastery in IaC (such as Ansible, Terraform, or Pulumi) and in-depth knowledge of GitHub Enterprise and/or Azure DevOps
• experience with security integrations (SAST/DAST) and automated certificate management
• fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities

• engineering of the platform ecosystem using Infrastructure as Code
• building and maintaining automations, custom providers, and CLI tools for user access and repository provisioning
• ensuring deep integration of security tooling in CI/CD pipelines
• monitoring the health and reliability of centralized tools for daily deployments
• acting as a consultant for product squads to remove workflow friction and promote DevSecOps best practices
