Job summary
This role combines hands-on DevOps and platform engineering with technical leadership to help client teams build and operate digital products. The work includes scalable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, cloud performance and security, and SRE practices such as SLIs/SLOs, observability, incident response, and post-incident reviews. The role also involves responsible AI-assisted engineering using tools such as GitHub Copilot and GitLab Duo.

Qualifications
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with cloud automation and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong understanding of performance optimization in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Strong understanding of cloud security practices, including IAM, encryption, and security monitoring
- Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Snyk, Aqua Security, or HashiCorp Vault
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting for SRE
- Experience working in DevOps teams using industry-standard practices
- Strong collaboration skills across development and infrastructure teams
- Hands-on GenAI experience or active personal GenAI projects
Responsibilities
- Build and operate digital products with client teams
- Lead by example through hands-on engineering and support other engineers
- Propose efficient, low-complexity technical solutions
- Adopt AI-assisted engineering responsibly for code generation, testing, documentation, and analysis
- Design services for operability and measure reliability using SLIs and SLOs
- Implement observability through logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and actionable alerting
- Contribute to or lead incident response and post-incident reviews
