Platform Engineering Associate Manager - DevOps

Job summary

Leads hands-on platform engineering and DevOps delivery for client digital products, combining technical implementation with guidance for other engineers and a focus on efficient, low-complexity solutions. The role covers scalable CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation and security across AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as SRE practices including observability, incident response, and post-incident reviews. It also involves responsibly applying AI-assisted engineering tools while protecting client data.

• Experience designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with cloud automation and infrastructure as code
• Strong understanding of cloud performance optimization across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of cloud security, including IAM, encryption, and security monitoring
• Experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to collaborate across development and infrastructure teams
• Experience setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting for SRE observability
• Experience working in DevOps teams using industry-standard practices
• Hands-on experience with generative AI or personal generative AI projects
