Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology roles, with 3+ years leading platforms or products.
- Experience managing technology budgets and PL.
- Strong understanding of modern platform architecture.
- Track record of aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated industries preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile governance and engineering KPIs.
- Excellent English for executive communication.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product/platform roadmap.
- Own budget planning, forecasting, and cost-to-serve.
- Align stakeholders on technical direction and delivery commitments.
- Advise leadership on technology risks and options.
- Establish and track engineering KPIs.
- Sponsor architecture reviews and technology selection.
- Oversee SLAs/SLOs and incident management.
- Mentor tech leads and engineering managers.
