The Platform Engineering Leader - Salesforce is responsible for leading a team of Platform Administrators to deliver secure and innovative solutions across Salesforce platforms. Key responsibilities include defining platform strategy, driving platform adoption, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements while promoting a DevOps mindset and continuous delivery culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Platform Administrators
• Define and execute Salesforce platform administration strategy and roadmap
• Own end-to-end delivery of key enterprise/Salesforce platforms initiatives
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Own the end-to-end administration of enterprise/Salesforce platforms
• Provide OpenAPI Specifications (OAS) for external teams integrating with enterprise platforms
• Partner closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams
