Job summary
Leads hands-on engineering and client engagements to deliver digital products, guiding people, delivery, quality, and commercial outcomes while helping clients choose effective, low-complexity solutions. Builds backend services and cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure, applying DevOps and automated testing practices. Promotes reliability through meaningful SLIs and SLOs, observability, incident response, and post-incident reviews, and supports responsible use of GenAI in engineering.

Qualifications
- Several years of experience building backend services across synchronous API-driven, message-driven, and event-driven integrations
- Fluency in at least one of Java, .NET/C#, Python, or TypeScript
- Recent experience building, deploying, and operating cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure
- Experience working in DevOps teams using industry-standard practices
- Experience producing repeatable automated tests
- Hands-on GenAI experience or personal GenAI projects
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships and collaborate across roles
- Reliability-first approach, including designing operable services measured with meaningful SLIs and SLOs
- Comfort learning new domains and technology stacks
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements across people, delivery, quality, and commercial outcomes
- Deliver high-quality engineering and guide teams toward effective, low-complexity solutions
- Advise clients on using consultancy support to achieve their goals
- Promote pragmatic observability through logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and actionable alerting
- Contribute to incident response and blameless post-incident reviews
- Help teams adopt AI-assisted engineering practices safely and effectively
- Contribute to regional engineering communities and share technical knowledge
