Job summary
Frontiers is seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for shared technical services, including Identity & Access Management and Messaging.

Qualifications
- minimum 4 years managing engineering teams
- proven delivery of backend, platform, or infrastructure services
- solid background in backend engineering and distributed systems
- working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and service reliability
- understanding of internal engineering teams as service providers
- organised and outcome-driven
- budget and resource planning experience
- clear communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- professional-level English (spoken and written)
