Ria Digital is seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to lead infrastructure and reliability efforts for money transfer platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with leadership experience.
• Relevant Technical Degree and professional certifications.
• Expert knowledge of Windows servers, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Good understanding of networking and security.
• Mastery of Python, bash, PowerShell, and Ansible for automation.
• Ability to document processes and communicate technical risks.
• Proven track record in high-reliability, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI concepts to enhance automation and incident response.
• Drive evolution of web server farms and AWS cloud architecture.
• Enforce infrastructure as code using Terraform, Puppet, and Ansible.
• Own lifecycle of initiatives from planning to execution.
• Define and enforce SLOs/SLIs; implement metrics for issue detection.
• Architect CI/CD workflows for zero-downtime deploys.
• Lead disaster recovery simulations and automate failover workflows.
• Manage and mentor DevOps engineers, fostering accountability.
• Act as a bridge between Development, Product, and Business teams.
• Define KPIs for system performance and team velocity.
