The Platform Engineering & Operations Manager oversees the Azure-hosted infrastructure and operations layer for SaaS products and AI services, managing the multi-region Azure estate and ensuring reliability and security.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years in cloud platform, infrastructure, or DevOps roles
- Experience with production Azure environments
- Knowledge of Azure IaaS components
- Familiarity with Azure AI services
- Experience with .NET application stacks
- Background in reliability operations
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 or similar frameworks
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration
- Infrastructure-as-code experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to balance delivery speed with quality
- Comfort in startup or growth-stage environments
Responsibilities
- Manage the multi-region Azure estate
- Ensure platform SLAs are met
- Maintain and improve Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery policy
- Oversee ISO 27001-aligned ISMS operations
- Lead the Cybersecurity Council
- Manage Azure DevOps environment
- Support migration to .NET Core Server Apps
- Provide infrastructure for AI pipelines
- Administer Microsoft 365 environment
- Maintain Technical Pack and compliance documentation
- Engage in customer architecture and security discussions
- Mentor junior technology hires
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices
- Plan long-term direction for Platform Engineering and IT
