Platform Infrastructure Engineer

Job summary

Seeking a Senior-level Platform Infrastructure Engineer with 6+ years of experience to design, build, and expand the core task pipeline, data, and infrastructure platform. This role focuses on refining and building out the revenue cycle data management platform, with an emphasis on cloud systems and DevOps practices. The position is fully remote and offers flexible hours.

• Solid understanding of RCM processes
• Experience building and managing data pipelines in production environments
• Comfortable with AWS cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps tooling
• Desire to own product and outcomes, growing a tool into an enterprise platform

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and expand core task pipeline, data, and infrastructure platform
• Work with EDI transaction sets (837, 835, 270/271, and related formats) and HL7 data
• Build scalable AWS pipelines for RCM data exchanges between EHRs, payers, and clearing houses
• Establish DevOps practices including A/B deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code
• Contribute to architectural decisions and scale existing platform
