Job summary

Pliant is seeking a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational tooling for their fintech platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform or infrastructure engineering
• Solid AWS experience
• Terraform proficiency
• Experience with Spacelift or a similar IaC orchestration tool
• Kubernetes experience designing and running production workloads at scale
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions at scale
• Observability as a default
• High Python proficiency
• Clear communication with product engineers
• Experience with AWS IAM Roles Anywhere and certificate based authentication patterns

• Own infra domains end to end
• Run Infrastructure as Code
• Maintain CI/CD at scale
• Build operational tooling
• Own observability
• Own security and compliance controls
• Take part in on call
• Use AI assisted coding tools daily
