Job summary
The Platform Infrastructure Engineer builds and automates infrastructure supporting applications in semiconductor manufacturing. The role deploys and manages Kubernetes clusters, automates environment builds, improves monitoring and platform reliability, and helps application teams operate services; relevant technologies include Linux, Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code tools, and observability platforms.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting Kubernetes applications in production or a substantial lab or project setting
- Linux administration skills and knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing
- Experience with Docker or similar containers and at least one CI/CD system
- Programming or scripting ability in Python, Go, or Bash
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code or configuration-management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
- Clear communication, methodical troubleshooting, and eagerness to learn
- Master's degree with 2 years of related experience, or bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience
- CKA or CKAD certification, or progress toward one, preferred
- Experience with observability tools, on-premises Kubernetes, air-gapped environments, virtualization, hardware, GitOps, or public cloud preferred
