The role prioritizes maintenance across the platform lifecycle, establishes architecture standards and practices for Kubernetes, CI/CD, and security, and coordinates platform changes with internal teams and external service providers. • Several years of experience in a DevOps environment, ideally with platform ownership or in an architecture role.
• Strong understanding of modern platform technologies, including Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, and cloud.
• Knowledge of IT service management, such as ITIL, SLAs, and operations processes.
• Experience managing external service providers and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to bring technical and organizational topics together and drive decisions.
• Strong initiative, accountability, communication, and assertiveness.

• Operate and maintain the DevOps platform supporting internal and outsourced software development.
• Manage and prioritize operations and maintenance across the platform lifecycle.
• Develop the platform strategy and define and enforce architecture standards and best practices for Kubernetes, CI/CD, and security.
• Support the introduction of new platform components.
• Coordinate external operations and development providers, internal teams, and business units.
• Balance operational stability with innovation when prioritizing work.
