Porter - Infrastructure Engineer

Job summary

Build and maintain software that provisions, manages, and deploys infrastructure changes across hundreds of customer cloud accounts. Design cloud-agnostic systems and reliable automation for Kubernetes at scale across AWS, GCP, and Azure, while working directly with customers and improving infrastructure reliability and code quality. The technology stack includes Go, Terraform, Docker, Argo CD, and Helm.

• At least four years of infrastructure or platform engineering experience as an individual contributor
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure and Kubernetes at scale
• Experience with Go, Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD
• Comfort working directly with customers
• Able to work on-site in NYC five days per week

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain software to provision, manage, and deploy infrastructure changes across hundreds of customer cloud accounts
• Design cloud-agnostic architecture that scales from seed-stage to public companies
• Engineer reliable automated systems for multi-cloud Kubernetes
• Work directly with customers through Slack and calls, and help broker large deals
• Improve infrastructure reliability and code quality
