Job summary

This role focuses on supporting the Managed Services and Automation team, emphasizing Cloud Native technologies, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices. Key responsibilities include collaborating on container platform administration, participating in automation tasks, and contributing to system monitoring and incident resolution using tools such as Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Linux systems and command line usage
• Basic concepts of containers and orchestration
• Initial knowledge of automation with Ansible or Terraform
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Interest in platform engineering, automation, and DevOps culture
• Ability to learn, work in a team, and proactive attitude
• Must be a student of Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Desire to learn, train, and develop a professional career
• Proactive, motivated, and capable of autonomous work

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in container platform administration and maintenance
• Participate in automation and operational improvement tasks
• Support deployments, updates, and platform changes under supervision
• Contribute to monitoring system performance, availability, and stability
• Assist in technical incident analysis and resolution
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on technology modernization projects
