Prin. DevSecOps Software Lead (Contingent)

Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Prin. DevSecOps Software Lead to oversee software development and sustainment for cloud-enabled systems. The role involves leading a team in the design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines while ensuring software delivery is reliable, secure, and scalable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices and tools
• Experience using automated security tools such as SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments
• Ability to integrate automated testing, scanning, and quality gates into build and deployment workflows
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 6 years of experience
• Active and transferable TS/SCI - Current clearance is required prior to start date

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the design, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines
• Enable automated builds, testing, security scanning, and deployments
• Integrate security and quality controls throughout the pipeline
• Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams
