Job summary
Lead design and implementation of hybrid multi-cloud environments for Government clients, focusing on cloud migrations and security.
Qualifications
- Ten or more years of relevant work experience in IT.
- Six or more years as a Cloud Architect for enterprise-scale environments.
- Experience moving complex workloads from legacy data centres to AWS and Azure.
- Experience with VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and related services.
- Practical experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting.
- Active NV1 Security clearance (or above) required on day one.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and architectural strategy for hybrid multi-cloud environments.
- Spearhead migration of legacy applications and guide greenfield deployments.
- Lead cloud integration with existing on-premises infrastructure.
- Champion automation by designing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code blueprints.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Embed security best practices into cloud architectures.
- Monitor cloud usage and drive cost optimization.
