Job summary
NiCE is seeking a Principal Cloud Architect to define and execute the enterprise-wide cloud infrastructure strategy, serving as the technical authority on cloud architecture and operations.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology/cloud architecture; 7+ years specifically in AWS cloud architecture at scale
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing mission-critical, high-availability systems in production AWS environments
- Proven track record of enterprise architecture leadership
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
- Deep expertise in AWS services
- Expert-level understanding of multi-account AWS architecture
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate enterprise-wide cloud infrastructure strategy
- Establish enterprise architectural standards
- Lead architecture reviews across infrastructure domains
- Define and oversee global networking strategy
- Establish compute and container orchestration standards
- Define enterprise security model and zero-trust architecture
- Mentor Cloud Architects and senior technical leaders
