Seeking a technical leader to drive engineering efforts within the Group AI Team, focusing on AI solution design and deployment.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Design and scale robust multi-agent workflows
- Establish coding standards and testing frameworks
- Build seamless CI/CD pipelines for model deployment

- Manage engineering workflows for internal AI assets
- Mentor intermediate and junior AI Engineers
- Translate business use cases into technical sprints
- Lead transition from proof-of-concepts to production
- Support evolving AI strategy and tool selection
- Advise on scaling AI impact across the company
