Qualifications
- 10+ years in SRE/DevOps/platform engineering
- Proven technical authority across teams
- Experience driving adoption of new practices or platforms
- Hands-on experience with Terraform
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines on AWS
- Experience running containerized workloads on Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring using cloud-native tooling and OpenTelemetry
- 2+ years in PHP, MySQL, and SQL is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the platform architecture and technical roadmap for infrastructure, deployment, observability, and the AI platform
- Set engineering standards for infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and AI tooling
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code in Terraform
- Enforce policy-as-code for security and cost guardrails
- Design and deploy AWS infrastructure for performance and security
- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines for large-scale applications on AWS
- Lead the SLI/SLO/SLA program and manage error budgets
- Provision and operate the AI/ML platform
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA
