Job summary
Guides enterprise customers through onboarding, training, and adoption of an industrial AI cloud, translating business and technical requirements into solution designs and Proofs of Concept. Supports integration, optimization, and troubleshooting of LLM, GPU-compute, and AI/ML pipeline workloads, while coordinating infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI teams. The platform includes NVIDIA DGX B200 systems and RTX Pro Servers.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS systems
- Experience with GPU-based infrastructure
- Strong Kubernetes knowledge
- Expertise in Python or Bash scripting
- Expertise in Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform, or Helm
- Expertise in Kubernetes CI/CD and repository management
- Experience automating with GitHub or GitLab and GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD
- Strong Linux experience
- Experience with Grafana and Prometheus
- English proficiency at B2 level

Responsibilities
- Advise customers on GPU infrastructure and platform usage
- Lead customer onboarding and training
- Mentor customer specialists on GPU clusters and AI environments
- Design and implement Proofs of Concept, including environment setup, data pipelines, and deployment workflows
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and solution validation
- Coordinate infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI teams as the key technical contact
- Develop automation concepts to improve services, processes, and operating models
- Apply reliability, scalability, and security best practices
- Support monitoring, observability, and capacity planning for AI workloads and GPU utilization
